The Clean Fluff Club team researches and writes every guide. Each corner of the mess gets a cartoon host who sees it from the floor up. Their go-to guides are one tap away.

How we pick

Every badge has a receipt. Every pick has a catch.

Four checks stand between a bottle and your floor. Watch one real cleaner go through all four.

  1. Step 1: Start with the mess

    Fresh pee, old pee, fur, mud, litter, breath. Each mess gets its own table: one pick leads, and up to two backups cover the spots it doesn't fit.

  2. Step 2: Read the back of the bottle

    The maker's full ingredient list comes first. An added "fragrance" or no list at all can cost a product its spot: four backups were cut for exactly that.

  3. Step 3: Every claim needs a receipt

    A claim becomes a badge only with proof you can open: the certifier's own public list, or the maker's exact words, quoted and linked. "Non-toxic", "natural" and "vet-recommended" never make the cut.

  4. Step 4: Rank it, then name the catch

    Past the top three, the order follows how often our guides name a product as a pick, and a dead link drops off the table. Every pick page names its catch. The Fluff Seal goes only to top-3 picks that pass every rule, and never to more than 1 in 20.
