Fresh spot: leave it 10 minutes or longer before you blot. The maker's tips page says at least 1 hour.
Old, dried pee: soak it and leave it overnight, or a couple of days on older stains, then let it air dry.
Tile, wood or concrete: pour it on and leave it. On wood, let the first round dry fully before you add more.
